Play as the small, mech driving alien called Pete! As he Lasers his way through many obstacles. Turning them into goo and then turning the goo back into a solid!
This is a character demo for Xanderwood's Game Design Knock Out Round 1, with a short level to show some of the mechanics. This will most likely get fleshed out more in future GDKO rounds
A/D = Left/right movement
W = Jump
R = Restart Level
Left Slick = Melt Blocks
Right Click = Solidify Goo

the movement when running into a wall is super buggy
Yeah I need to add a raycast check to stop any sideways velocity for that, sadly I ran out of time, thanks for playing it!
just make a physics material 2d with 0 friction and add it to the player
